Program Registration

On this page you will find one form for all of our programs - this simplifies it so a family only needs to register one time for all ages.

*Transportation to programs is available upon request to families within 2 miles of our building.

Programs

We offer programs for all levels of school. For Kindergarten - grade 3 we offer tutoring which focuses on reading skills. For grades 4 and 5, our Kids Club will help them with social-emotional learning and other enrichment activities. These programs are on Tuesday evenings, 5:30-7pm during the school year and include dinner. Our middle and high school students take part in a wide variety of activities in our Youth Group - the only program we offer which is explicitly Christian in its focus. Youth group is on weekends, typically Saturdays, 12:00-4:00pm year-round and includes lunch.

By submitting this form and signing below, I give permission for my child(ren) to participate in Open Arms Community programs. I understand that if I have any questions or concerns about specific programs I should contact the leader of that program directly.
